Mr. Nick Watts

Chairman

Nick’s executive career was focused on the investment and pensions industry. Early in his career Nick also held a number of senior positions in asset management. After retiring in 2006, Nick took up a number of non-executive board appointments including numerous Chairs. Nick chaired the Investment Committee for Cable and Wireless Pension Fund (£2bn fund). Nick was also a non-executive director of Stobart Group and LGIM.

Mr. David Matthews

Non-Executive Director

David is a director & lawyer with over 20 years’ experience as a general counsel and senior executive with large international companies. Currently, Chairman of Southern Sky Dairies, and general counsel for Ingham Enterprises. From 2002-14 David was the Group General Counsel of Fonterra, the world’s largest dairy processing company with revenues of approximately $20 billion.

Mr. Jack Ducat

Director and CEO

Background in aeronautical engineering with the Boeing company and qualified with a MBA. Co-founder of Biotics and employed with the company since 2011. An experienced director holding board positions on two other privately held Australian construction companies with revenues of over $10 million.

Mr. Michael Kleinig

Director and CBDO

Michael has been involved in product research & business development, mainly in the biotechnology space, for over 20 years. He has worked with both ASX listed and private biotech companies, including a senior executive position at Clinuvel Limited, and senior management positions at CSL Limited.

Mr. Rodney Slack-Smith

Director and COO

Rodney has successfully run his own livestock farming business for over 20 years. Co-founder of Biotics and employed with the company since 2011. Rodney has extensive experience working with and overcoming the practical issues relating to agricultural technology adoption and integration.
